Dermal fillers is the safe rejuvenate procedure of facial age-related changes correction. Injectable cos-metic fillers may be used to correct a variety of cosmetic concerns, such as wrinkles, thin lips, acne scars, and dark or puffy under-eyes through a soft tissue filler injected into the skin to help fill in facial wrinkles, restoring a smoother appearance.

Hyaluronic acid
The most widely used dermal fillers composed of hyaluronic acid, a substance, produced naturally by the body and decreases with the age. A large amount of Hyaluronic acid found in young skin, molt with age by analogy with the frozen gel in the fridge.
Hyaluronic acid plays an important role in hydrodynamics of tissue due to its capacity  of this active substance "bind" moisture (1 molecule holds up to 1,000 molecules of H 2 O), which in turn provides the skin tone, elasticity and hydration. When with the age, the amount of Hyaluronic acid decreases, it results in sagging and dryness of the skin and appearance of wrinkles.
The more Hyaluronic acid: The better and younger look
Since the creation of the world, beginning from the age of dinosaurs to the present day, Hyaluronic acid has been the most important part of the process of hydration and water metabolism. It still remains one of the most important molecules.  In fact, this substance is found in almost every single living thing. In humans, it acts as a network that transfers essential nutrients from the bloodstream to skin cells.
The dermis is the lower layer of the skin, containing two types of protein fibers, these are collagen and elastine. These fibers form the basic layer of our skin. By analogy with the house that subsides, if the foundation is not strong enough, with the age skin begins sagging, if the fibers of the dermis are not strong enough. As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. The facial muscles are then working closer to the skin surface, so smile lines and crow’s feet become more apparent. The facial skin also stretches a bit, adding to this loss of facial volume. Other factors, that affect the facial skin, include sun exposure, heredity, and lifestyle.
Hyaluronic acid functions as a distributor of the main chains of proteins to the skin including collagen and elastine. And the subcutaneous injections of Hyaluronic acid have a more profound effect than surface cosmetics as it improves the main structure of epidermis.
Nowadays the most important scientific achievements, aimed at slowing down the aging process, trying to make it possible with the help of the Hyaluronic acid cosmetic therapies.
How does the Filler work?
Dermal fillers, also known as "injectables" or "soft-tissue fillers," do just what their name suggests: they fill in the area under the skin. All the fillers work to improve the appearance of aging skin in the following ways: filling in wrinkles, fine lines and deep creases; improving other imperfections like scars; filling out thin or wrinkled lips; plumping up cheeks; contouring the jaw line and other areas of the face. Besides, Filling therapy can be used to other parts of the body with signs of aging, covering hands, décolletage and the chest areas.
Filling procedure
Your injection sites will be cleansed with an antibacterial agent. Then a topical anesthetic will be used to numb the area, in case the person is sensitive to injections. The filling material is injected into the wrinkles from top to bottom by using a special injector. The actual injections will take just a few minutes total, and just seconds per site.
What Dermal Fillers are Used to Fix?
Dermal fillers can be used to fix a variety of concerns related to facial aging, including:

  • Adding volume and smoothing out the deep creases that run from the nose to the mouth (called nasolabial folds or laugh lines).
  • Plumping thin lips and smoothing out vertical lines around the edges of the lips.
  • Augmenting cheeks to enhance their shape, often restoring youthful fullness.
  • Filling out depressions (hollows) under the eye area.
  • Making indented scars from acne or chicken pox more even with surrounding skin.
  • Increasing volume to fill out gauntness in the lower cheek or temple area, which most often occurs due to fat pads shifting beneath the surface of skin.

In addition, it can be used for nose reshaping, correcting the oval of the face, and to provide volume in such areas as hands, arms and mammarian tissue.
